Kuzey Irak'ın önemli yatırımcılarından Darin Group için konsept tasarımına 2013 yılında başlanan tesisin uygulama projesi 2014 Temmuz'unda tamamlanmıştır. Korek Dağı üzerinde inşa edilmekte olan turizm tesislerinin odak noktası olarak tasarlanan bina, 200 yataklı mevcut residanslara ilave 120 yatak çoğunluğu suitlerden oluşan odaları , SPA&Wellness Merkezi ve 500 kişilk çok amaçlı balo salonuna ilaveten tesislere hitap edecek bir alışveriş ve eğlence merkezi de barındırmaktadır.
The concept design for Darin Group, one of the major investors of Northern Iraq, was completed in 2013 and the implementation project of the facility was completed in July 2014. Designed as the focal point of the tourist facilities built on the Korek Mountain, the building also houses a 120 bed majority of the existing residences, a suite of suites, a SPA & Wellness Center and a 500-seat multi-purpose ballroom, as well as a shopping and entertainment center.
