The building, which is completely designed as a steel construction, is integrated into the existing prefabricated carrier system of the factory halls and, unlike the usual industrial structure structure, forms an interface which establishes the relation of the factory production areas with the outside and natural daylight. The entrance hall where the green was moved and the dining hall and seminar spaces located at the +1.20 elevation, with the wide transparent openings formed in the northern façade of the factory, allowed homogenous natural daylight and pine trees to be perceived even from the farthest point of the production areas. Technical offices designed in open office layout are connected to the top management offices via a steel bridge over the entrance hall gallery space. On the steel bridge, the meeting room, which is diagonally attached on the upper floor, defines the reception waiting area on the ground floor and creates a dynamic space in the third dimension with its console extending towards the production area.
