Bişkek'te kentin henüz yapılaşmamış yeni gelişim alanında yer alan proje yerel tasarım regülasyonları dikkate alınarak zemin ve 1. katta ticari üst katlarda ise konut kullanımına göre tasarlanmıştır. Site içerisinde Sovyet sonrası Kırgısiztan'ın önemli siyaset adamlarından, siteye de adını veren Absamat Masaliyev için tasarlanmış bir de müze yer almaktadır. Dar ve uzun bir parselde yer alan proje alanı, ticari ve konut alanların bir biri ile çelişkili önceliklerini sağlamak üzere farklı bir yaklaşımla değerlendirilmiştir. Ticari alanların, şehir merkezine uzak ve çevre yolu kenarına bitişik olmasının dezavantajı, site içerisinde tasarlanan kontrollü ve tek yönlü bir caddeyle kırılarak bir çekim noktası oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Bina kütleleri ise yerel güneş verilerine göre açılanan konumları ile ticari aks ile tampon oluşturarak, konutların rekreasyon alanlarının mahremiyetini kendiliğinden sağlamıştır.
he project, which is located in the new development area of the city in Bişkek, has been designed according to the local design regulations, and is designed for residential use on the first floor and commercial upper floors. Within the site there is a museum designed for Absamat Masaliyev who gave the name to the site after the post-Soviet Kyrgyzstan's important politicians. The project area, which is located in a narrow and long parcel, has been evaluated with a different approach to provide conflicting priorities with one of the commercial and residential areas. The disadvantage of the commercial areas being adjacent to the city center and near the edge of the ring road is to create a shooting point by breaking through a controlled and one-way street designed in the site. The building masses have created a buffer with the commercial axle and the location of the recreation areas of the houses.
